Job Description
As a Sales/Acquisitions Associate, you’ll manage incoming leads, nurture relationships, conduct negotiations, close contracts, and keep your pipeline moving. You’ll use your strong sales instincts, CRM accuracy, and communication skills to convert prospects into signed deals while continuously developing expertise in the real estate and financial services space.

The Qualifications We Seek
Required Experience
- Must have business and/or sales experience with proven track record
- Real estate experience highly preferred (acquisitions/distressed properties ideal)
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Technical Skills
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2-5 years real estate sales/acquisitions experience
- Proven cold-calling and appointment-setting background
- Experience with distressed properties, foreclosures, or motivated sellers
- Strong closer with empathy and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems
- Comfortable working US hours (EST)

Your Daily Tasks
Lead Management & Response
- Respond to all leads and close on them
- Manage pipeline of prospects
- Follow-up on leads in a timely manner
- Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by lead system
- Act as lead contact for sellers
Sales & Closing
- Build rapport with potential clients and sellers
- Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate win/win solutions
- Overcome objections to get deals signed
- Close contracts in a timely manner
- Make calls and drive for deals (virtual prospecting for offshore team)
CRM & Administration
- Use CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Communicate efficiently with all parties involved
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Professional Development
- Willing to learn the industry and help maintain/grow marketplace position
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required
- Must be driven with mindset to want more financially
